Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BillTrix, a billing, inventory, accounting and GST software service ("Service") operated by Growsys Solutions Private Limited, Ground Floor, Opposite R D Mansion Apartment, Ashiana–Digha Road, Rukanpura, Patna, Bihar 800025, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

1. The Service

BillTrix lets shops create bills and GST invoices, manage stock, purchases, expenses, staff, accounts and reports through a web browser. Features available to you depend on the plan you choose. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing a feature that is important to paid plans.

2. Your account

You must give correct details when you sign up and keep them up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your shop ID and for the logins you create for your staff. Keep passwords secret and tell us immediately at info@growsys.in if you suspect misuse. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Plans, trial and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis at the prices shown on our website, plus applicable GST. Free trials last for the period shown at sign-up; when a trial ends, access to billing stops until you choose a paid plan, but your data is kept. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Your data

You own all data you enter into BillTrix, such as products, customers, bills and accounts ("Your Data"). You give us permission to store and process Your Data only to provide, secure, back up and support the Service. You can download a backup of your shop at any time from Business settings. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your responsibilities, tax and compliance

BillTrix is a tool. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the prices, tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, GSTINs and other details you enter, for your GST returns and filings, and for following all laws that apply to your business. Reports and GST summaries are provided to help you and your accountant; please have them checked by a qualified professional before filing. The Service does not currently generate e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent; issue fake or misleading invoices; try to access other shops' data or our systems without permission; interfere with or overload the Service; copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service; or upload malicious code. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. BillTrix can keep billing on a device without internet and upload the bills later; you should reconnect regularly so your data is backed up on our servers. 8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or for breaking these Terms, after notice where reasonable. After an account is closed or a subscription lapses, we keep Your Data for at least 90 days so you can download it, after which we may delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost business or tax penalties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue within 30 days.
